How to Become an Accredited Staging Professional We welcome all AccreditedStaging Professionals® (ASPs). To become a member of the NIRC (Nashville IAHSP Regional Chapter), you must be a member in good standing with the International Association of Home Staging Professionals® (IAHSP) and hold an active ASPM or ASP certification. We also welcome participation from Affiliate Business Memberships. Affiliate Members are companies that provide goods or services routinely needed by ASPs. Joining NIRC will allow these partners the opportunity to learn more about Home Staging; helping them enhance their offering to the community of ASPs. We are excited about the Home Staging services that our IAHSP Chapter members offer here in Middle Tennessee and look forward to providing you and your clients all the benefits an Accredited Home Staging Professional can deliver! We welcome all interested ASP Stagers and ASP real estate agents to attend our monthly meetings. Our IAHSP Chapter meets the first Thursday of the month at different real estate offices throughout the Nashville Region, primarily in the Brentwood/Franklin area.
