The Nashville IAHSP® Regional Chapter wants to partnership with companies, vendors or service providers who will support our Staging® efforts and provide the highest quality of service. The Affiliate Business Membership annual fee is $100.00.

ASPs® work with Realtors and homeowners providing Home Staging services to help homes sell for top dollar and quickly. Getting a home ready to sell is often a major undertaking. From freshening up to low scale updating renovations, much work must be done. Often this work includes a vast array of professional services, trades and materials. When a family decides to sell their home, time is always of the essence. It is in the best interests of our IAHSP Chapter Members and our clients to have a proven cadre of willing partners ready to provide high quality materials and services. Partners that our members know, whose products and services they know well and can help present to our clients. This situation is a WIN-WIN-WIN for the Client, the ASP Stager and our Partner Affiliate Member.

Affiliate Members Provide professional services, trades or materials that are routinely needed to support our Home Staging® efforts of our members.

Our IAHSP Chapter Members Know each Other! Our Affiliate Members are welcome and encouraged to attend our monthly chapter meetings. It allows our Affiliate Members to learn more about ASP Staging and to get to know the members on a personal level.

Training Opportunities from Affiliate Membership
Each month, we strive to feature one Affiliate Member to conduct a detailed training presentation on their goods and/or services. This allows the ASP Stagers to present the benefits of the Affiliate Member to our clients immediately when the need arises.

Marketing on the IAHSP Chapter Site Our business Affiliate members are featured on the IAHSP Chapter site. It’s another way for you to market your company and provide marketing exposure to our clients.

Community Outreach In coordination with IAHSP International our Nashville IAHSP Chapter participates each year in the “World Wide Staging Service Week”. Community projects, are rewarding events which provide an opportunity for us to give something back to our local community. The good will and publicity surrounding these events reap many rewards for all participants personally and professionally. Come join us! ASP Stagers give back to the community in many ways individually, but each year our entire IAHSP Chapter participates in “Worldwide Staging Service Week”! Last year, we did a make over Staging of the Teen Room at the Ronald McDonald House near Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Other past projects include supporting Nashville’s Ronald McDonald House and Franklin’s Against the Grain. The rewards of these good works are many, and you are invited to join us helping others!
